Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio are reuniting with Quentin Tarantino to star in the filmmaker's latest feature, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Sony Pictures announced Wednesday.
星期三索尼影业宣布，布拉德·皮特和莱昂纳多·迪卡普里奥将再次与昆汀·塔伦蒂诺导演合作，出演他的新作《好莱坞往事》。
Tarantino describes it as “a story that takes place in Los Angeles in 1969, at the height of hippyHollywood. The two lead characters are Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio), former star of a Western TV series, and his longtime stunt double Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt). Both are struggling to make it in a Hollywood they don't recognize anymore. But Rick has a very famous next-door neighbor...Sharon Tate.”
塔伦蒂诺导演表示，“这个故事发生在1969年的洛杉矶，正值好莱坞嬉皮士文化最鼎盛的时期。两位主角分别是前西部片影星里克·道尔顿（莱昂纳多·迪卡普里奥饰）和他长期以来的特技替身演员克里夫·布思（布拉德·皮特饰）。在他们不再被认可的好莱坞，两人都在为成功而奋斗着。但是里克有一位非常有名的邻居……莎伦·塔特。”
The film is set to be released worldwide on Aug. 9, 2019.

Tarantino worked with Pitt in 2009's Inglourious Basterds, which grossed over $321 million globally and was nominated for eight Academy Award, with Christoph Waltz winning for best supporting actor.
皮特在2009年与塔伦蒂诺合作拍摄了《无耻混蛋》，当时这部影片的全球票房逾3.21亿美元，而且还被提名了八项奥斯卡奖，其中克里斯多夫·华尔兹赢得了最佳男配角奖。
DiCaprio, for his part, also starred in Tarantino’s Django Unchained, which also was an Oscar player with five nominations and two wins (best original screenplay for Tarantino and best supporting actor, again for Waltz).
而迪卡普里奥也曾出演过塔伦蒂诺执导的影片《被解救的姜戈》。这部影片也是奥斯卡奖颁奖礼上的赢家，共获得了五项提名，而且其中两项获奖（塔伦蒂诺的最佳原创剧本奖以及华尔兹的又一个最佳配角奖）。
“I've been working on this script for five years, as well as living in Los Angeles County most of my life, including in 1969, when I was seven years old," Tarantino said in a statement.
