亚健康的存在 The Exist of Sub-health

Recently, I saw a piece of horrible news that a girl committed suicide, but none of her families had perceived the girl’s choice, because she was an active girl. Actually, many people have sub-health problems today, and most people haven’t realized this problem, thus the tragedy happens.
最近，我听到了一个可怕的消息。有一个女孩自杀了，但她的家人都不认为她会做出这样的选择，因为她是一个活泼的女孩。实际上，现在很多人都有着亚健康问题，大多数人没意识到这一点，因此，悲剧发生了。

The definition of a sick person is often believed to have illness in physical. But according to the health report, sub-health is the new type sickness that kills thousands of young people, because sub-health is not easy to be perceived and generally people don’t consider that they have health issue. Sub-health is the potential illness. It may be the pressure you are suffering, or the bad emotions you are depressing. It is more of the mental illness.?
一般生病通常都是认为是身体有疾病。但根据健康报告，亚健康是成千上万年轻人的新型杀手，因为亚健康不容易觉察到，所以大部分人都不觉得他们自己有健康问题。亚健康是潜在的疾病，它可能是你正在承受的压力，或者抑郁情绪，它更像是精神类的疾病。

If sub-health is not treated in time, it will break out sooner or later. Some people will feel depressed and kill themselves, or some get sick badly after lacking of exercise for a long time. Taking regular exercises and keeping good mood are necessary ways to keep healthy. The proper adjustment can help us to stay away from sub-health.
